Note books must be bought from the school only.

Pupils are responsible for the safety of their own belongs. The school cannot bear any responsibility for the loss of the pupil’s belongings. Parents are advised not to send the students with gold ornaments or valuables.

Writing or Scribbling (writing with a sharp instrument) on the wall or on furniture and damage to any school property is forbidden. A class will be penalized collectively if the culprits are not found out. Chewing gum is strictly forbidden in the school premises.

Parents who seek information may meet the Principal between 09.30 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. on Monday and with prior appointment on other days. Parents may meet the class / subject teacher between 04.00 p.m. and 04.30 p.m. on working days, after getting permission from the Principal.

Change of address of the pupil, if any, should be intimated to the school office immediately.

Pupils are expected to take part in all the co-curricular activities of the school. No one will be exempted except for legitimate reasons which have been approved by the Principal.

No tuition in school or outside by J.G.V.V school teachers will be permitted.

Railway concessions must be applied for, in writing, 10 days before the last working day of the school. This facility can only be availed by students to join their parents at the address registered in the school.

Parents are requested to make all remittance directly at the office counter or Indian Overseas Bank Ltd., Annanagar. The school cannot assume any responsibility for the loss of Cash if handed over to any employee.

Students are prohibited from bringing their personal magazines or story books to school.

Parents are requested to respond to the invitation from the school for all functions.

CELLPHONES ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE SCHOOL CAMPUS.
Violation of this instruction will be viewed seriously and cell phone will be confiscated.
